1. Service Description

COSMIC LINK provides a personalized **"5-in-1 Numerology Report"** based on the Date of Birth (DOB) and Name provided by the user. The report is delivered electronically (via email or WhatsApp) **within 48 hours** of successful payment.

**Disclaimer:** Our numerology reports are for **entertainment and informational purposes only**. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the predictions or remedies suggested.

2. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (**₹**). The current price is **₹299**.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order placement via the **Razorpay gateway**.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• **Cancellation:** You may request an order cancellation only if the report generation process has **not yet begun**. Due to the custom, personalized nature of numerology reports, once our team starts the analysis (typically within a few hours of payment), the order cannot be cancelled.
• **Refunds:** Since the service involves the delivery of personalized, non-returnable digital content (the Report), we generally **do not offer refunds** once the report has been generated and delivered.
• **Delivery Guarantee:** If you do not receive your report within **72 hours** of successful payment (due to unforeseen technical errors), we will investigate and provide a **full refund if delivery cannot be completed.**

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing **accurate and truthful information**, including your correct Full Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth. Inaccurate information may result in an inaccurate report, for which we are not liable.
• You must ensure the provided email address and mobile number are **active and capable of receiving** the digital report.

5. Intellectual Property

The personalized numerology report delivered to you is for your **personal, non-commercial use only**. The content, design, logo, and overall presentation of the COSMIC LINK website and its products are the intellectual property of COSMIC LINK. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the content without explicit written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
